Final Fantasy Collection Anniversary Package

The Final Fantasy Collection Anniversary Package is Squaresoft's 1999 follow-up to the Final Fantasy Premium Package, bundling the PS1 versions of Final Fantasy IV, V, and VI into a single water-themed prestige set. This Japan-only release includes all three Super Famicom-era FF titles plus a working clock featuring Terra by Yoshitaka Amano.
This is the trio that defined Squaresoft's 16-bit golden era. Final Fantasy IV gave us Cecil's redemption arc and the Active Time Battle system. Final Fantasy V introduced the job system in its most modular form. Final Fantasy VI is the one. Kefka's laugh. Celes's aria. The opera house. Terra on Magitek armor walking across a snow plain. We've all replayed it. We've all argued about which is the best.
The water-themed case is the deluxe touch. Squaresoft going for an aquatic aesthetic to bridge three games that don't otherwise share visual identity, with Amano's Terra artwork as the cover face. The clock is the bonus that earns the price on its own, a working quartz timepiece featuring Amano's Terra in his signature flowing watercolor style. Wall display or desk display, the clock makes this set museum-quality.
Japan exclusive. Released in 1999, the year Squaresoft was at its absolute prime. For Final Fantasy completists, this is the SNES-trilogy chapter on PS1. For Amano collectors, the Terra clock is a unique licensed item not available anywhere else.
