Yakuza 6: The Song of Life Classic Edition (PS4, Xbox, PC)

Kiryu's final chapter in the original saga hits different when it's sitting on your shelf. The Yakuza 6: The Song of Life Classic Edition for PlayStation 4 wraps the emotional conclusion to Kazuma Kiryu's story in a spot gloss premium box with slipcover, joined by a soundtrack, collectible acrylic standee, an Ono Michio pin, and character cards. This is the game that said goodbye to the Dragon of Dojima, and having it in a format that connects with Limited Run's other Yakuza releases gives the entire collection a sense of narrative closure.
The Ono Michio pin is a wonderfully weird inclusion, a nod to one of Yakuza 6's most memorable side characters and the kind of detail that tells you this edition was made by people who actually played the game. The standee connects with the rest of the Classic Edition lineup, building out a display that mirrors the series' own sprawling cast. Song of Life marked the jump to the Dragon Engine on PS4, making it a technical milestone as well as an emotional one.
For collectors who've followed Kiryu from Kamurocho to Onomichi, this is how that journey deserves to sit on a shelf.
