Jim Power represents a slice of 16-bit history that almost disappeared entirely. The SEGA Genesis version was cancelled at the last minute in the 90s, never reaching store shelves. The NES version didn't exist at all until PIKO Interactive developed it from scratch for this very collection. Both are now playable on Switch with quality-of-life improvements, screen filters, and display options that keep the retro charm intact while making the experience comfortable on modern hardware.

The gameplay covers run-and-gun platforming, jetpack sequences, and shoot 'em up stages, all driven by the kind of precise, demanding design that defined the arcade era.
