Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag Skull Edition

Ubisoft packed the Skull Edition with the kind of extras that reward display and replay in equal measure. Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag Skull Edition for Wii U includes a physical artbook, the official game soundtrack, and two lithographs tucked inside a protective envelope. On the digital side, you get two additional solo missions: "Hidden Mystery," which follows Stede Bonnet's path across the island of St.
Lucia, and "Sacrificed Secrets," where you hunt Captain Drake's lost golden flintlocks and cutlass on the island of Sacrifices. Captain Kenway's Legacy rounds out the extras with bonus single and multiplayer items. The lithographs are the standout for display collectors.
Printed extras like these rarely survive in good condition once a box gets opened, which means finding a complete Skull Edition with pristine envelopes is its own little treasure hunt. The Wii U version of Black Flag is already a niche piece of Assassin's Creed history, released during the console's awkward middle period when third-party publishers were starting to pull away. The Skull Edition sits in that sweet spot where physical collectibles meet a platform that didn't get enough love, and that combination ages well on a shelf.
