Assassin's Creed III Famitsu DX Pack

Famitsu didn't just review games in Japan. They packaged them. The Assassin's Creed III Famitsu DX Pack for the Wii U is a Japanese exclusive collaboration between the legendary gaming magazine and Ubisoft, headlined by a fully painted 25cm PVC figure of Connor in his iconic hunter pose.
This isn't some static standing figure with dead eyes. The "Connor: The Hunter" statue captures the frontier assassin mid-stride through the American wilderness, tomahawk ready, hood up, every detail of his colonial-era gear rendered in full color. At roughly ten inches tall, it commands attention on any shelf.
The pack also includes an Assassin's Creed III reference guide, a Famitsu touch that gives the whole package a curated, editorial feel you don't get from standard retail bundles. The Wii U version of AC III is already an oddity in the series' history, a launch window title for a console that Ubisoft would largely abandon within a year. That makes the Famitsu DX Pack doubly unusual: a Japan-exclusive, magazine-branded collector's edition for a Western franchise on a console that never found its footing in any market.
The Connor figure alone has become a sought-after piece in Assassin's Creed collecting circles, but finding it still sealed with the Wii U game and guide intact is the kind of hunt Connor himself would appreciate.
