It's a hand-drawn 2D side-scroller set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe where you play as an Ork on a deeply personal vendetta to reclaim your stolen hair squig from Warboss Gutrekka.

The PS4 era was the golden age of physical indie and limited-run releases, and Shootas, Blood and Teef fits perfectly into that legacy. The hand-drawn art style is striking, delivering some of the most expressive animation you'll find in a 2D action game.
