Aperture Science would be proud of this one. The Portal 2 Cube Edition on Xbox 360 took Valve's beloved puzzle franchise and gave it a collector's package worthy of the Enrichment Center. The headliner is a Portal-themed Rubik's Cube, a fully functional puzzle inside a puzzle, the kind of meta physical extra that perfectly captures Portal's DNA.

Then there's the unique, individually numbered box, meaning every single copy of this edition has its own identity. That numbering transforms a retail product into a limited artifact, and collectors know exactly what that means for long-term desirability. Portal 2 is one of the most universally acclaimed games of the 360 generation, a title that transcended the "just a game" conversation and became a genuine cultural touchpoint.

The Cube Edition honored that status with extras that weren't just branded merchandise but actual extensions of the game's personality. A Rubik's Cube for a puzzle game. Numbered packaging for a franchise obsessed with testing and cataloging.

Every detail clicked. Finding one with its number intact and the Rubik's Cube still sealed is the gold standard here. Plenty of these got opened and played with, as they should have been, but that makes the untouched copies all the more collectible.

If your 360 shelf has Portal 2 in a standard case, you owe it to yourself to upgrade to the Cube Edition. GLaDOS would expect nothing less.
