Operation Abyss: New Tokyo Legacy Launch Edition

Same dungeon, lighter package, still worth the attention. The Operation Abyss: New Tokyo Legacy Launch Edition on PlayStation Vita pairs the game with the "Abyss Arrangements" soundtrack CD, this time housed in a cardboard sleeve rather than a jewel case.
The Launch Edition is the entry point for collectors who want something beyond a bare cartridge without chasing the full Limited Edition. That soundtrack CD is the same arranged score, and the cardboard sleeve packaging gives it a slightly different tactile quality. It's a small distinction, but collectors notice these things.
Operation Abyss didn't light up sales charts, which worked in our favor long-term. Even the Launch Edition had limited availability, and as Vita collecting intensifies, the gap between "any copy" and "launch copy with soundtrack" keeps widening. The cardboard sleeve is also more prone to wear than a jewel case, so finding one in clean condition adds its own layer of satisfaction. For dungeon crawler fans building out a complete Vita RPG shelf, skipping this feels like leaving a gap in the party roster.
