City of Villains Collector's Edition
Some of us didn't just want to fight crime. We wanted to run the whole operation. The City of Villains Collector's Edition on PC gave players the keys to the dark side of Paragon City, and it came loaded with extras that still hold up on any collector's shelf. This is the villainous companion to one of the most beloved MMOs of the mid-2000s, packaged with intent.
The centerpiece here is the set of seven limited-edition HeroClix figures from WizKids. These weren't generic pack-ins. They were fully playable tabletop miniatures tied directly to the City of Heroes universe, and finding a complete set now is a genuine hunt. You also get an exclusive in-game cape and Arachnos chest emblem, a fold-out map of The Rogue Isles, a demo deck of the City of Heroes CCG with a foil Statesman collector's card, and an art book covering both City of Villains and City of Heroes.
For anyone who lived through the golden age of superhero MMOs, this box is a time capsule. The servers are gone, but the physical goods tell the whole story. Seven HeroClix figures, a CCG foil card, and a Rogue Isles map aren't things you stumble across at a yard sale. This is a collector's edition that earns the name.
