Call of Juarez: The Cartel (Collector's Edition)
Ubisoft9/16/2011

44 caliber cartridge pendant, a functioning gas lighter, and a set of sunglasses. Call of Juarez: The Cartel Collector's Edition on PC went absurdly hard on the props. This edition includes a Ben McCall police badge (with DLC codes for unlocking a caliber rifle and semi-automatic pistols), a soundtrack CD, a DVD loaded with screenshots, wallpapers, and trailers, a leash with the game logo, two dog tags, evidence documents for the Eddie Guerra case, fake banknotes, a game poster, an official bandanna, and an official T-shirt.

That's not a collector's edition, that's an evidence locker. Techland packed this thing like they were outfitting you for an undercover operation. The sheer volume of physical items here puts most big-budget CEs to shame.

Each piece leans into the gritty, morally gray world the game built, and the props feel like they belong in-universe rather than on a merch shelf. PC collector's editions with this density of physical goods are uncommon to begin with. Add the fact that The Cartel's controversial reception kept sales modest, and you've got a genuinely scarce package.

Complete sets with every item accounted for are the real prize here. Missing the sunglasses or the lighter drops the value of the whole thing significantly.
