PS5 Limited Run #73: Plumbers Don't Wear Ties Definitive Edition Collector's Edition for PlayStation 5 takes the infamous 3DO "interactive movie" and gives it the lavish physical treatment that absolutely nobody asked for and all of us secretly wanted. The reversible cover, strategy guide (yes, a strategy guide), and 18"x24" reversible poster already push this into absurdist territory, but Limited Run went further.

The wearable replica tie is a statement piece for conventions, shelf displays, or any situation where you need to silently communicate that you understand irony on a molecular level. The "Plumber on a Bike" decal and sticker sheet lean into the meme with zero shame, while the framed 4x6 picture of Jane is the kind of inclusion that makes you wonder how this CE got greenlit and then immediately be grateful that it did. The 7" vinyl soundtrack rounds out a package that treats its source material with a reverence it objectively doesn't deserve, which is exactly what makes it perfect.

Collecting isn't always about prestige. Sometimes it's about owning something so gloriously unhinged that every visitor to your game room stops, points, and asks questions. This is that edition.
