The Ninja JaJaMaru Legendary Ninja Collection Collector's Edition for PlayStation 4 is a Strictly Limited Games exclusive that packages eight titles spanning 1985 to 2022 into one of the most loaded collector's boxes we've seen for a retro compilation.

This PS4 disc contains the full sweep of JaJaMaru's history. From the original 1985 Famicom platformer through the previously Japan-only RPGs, the hand-colored Game Boy adventure, and all the way to the 2022 entry The Great Yokai Battle+Hell. It's a timeline of an entire franchise that most Western players never experienced, now translated into English for the first time.

But the box is where this edition earns its collector's stripes. The Hakone Puzzle Box-styled Collector's Edition packaging houses an original soundtrack CD, a material book with roughly 50 pages of development art, an origami shuriken set with special paper, a JaJaMaru and Gama Pakkun keychain based on the 1985 design, reproduction postcards from 1989, a traditional Japanese wind bell, game flyers, stickers, and a double-sided poster.
