LawBreakers Collector's Edition (PC)
Limited Run Games

Here's a collector's edition for a game that no longer exists, and that's exactly what makes it fascinating. The LawBreakers Collector's Edition for PC is a big-box physical release for Cliff Bleszinski's gravity-defying team shooter that launched in 2017 and had its servers shut down barely a year later, making any physical edition an instant artifact.

The packaging is a deliberate throwback. That premium 7.75" x 9.5" x 1.75" box matches the dimensions of classic PC big box games from the '80s and '90s, printed with metallic silver ink and embossing that gives it genuine shelf presence. Inside, Abaddon's Journal delivers 50+ pages of original fiction and art ripped from the game's world, a physical piece of lore for a universe that effectively ceased to exist. Two ultra premium character card packs with thick card stock and foil represent both the LAW and BREAKERS factions. A vinyl sticker set, Deadzo sticker, and postcard fill out the physical goods. The individually numbered boxes make each one identifiable. LawBreakers as a game is gone, but as a collectible, it occupies a unique and increasingly valuable spot. It's a time capsule from a moment in FPS history that will never repeat, and the big-box PC format makes it feel like a proper memorial.
