IMMORTAL REDNECK (PS4)

PLAYSTATION 4
IMMORTAL REDNECK (PS4)
Strictly Limited Games

A redneck wakes up mummified inside an Egyptian pyramid and decides the only reasonable response is to shoot everything in sight. Immortal Redneck for PlayStation 4 is exactly as unhinged as that premise suggests, and this Strictly Limited Games exclusive brings it to disc in a run of just 1,600 individually numbered copies worldwide. The gameplay blends old-school FPS intensity with modern rogue-lite design.

Randomly generated dungeons, nine distinct classes, a sprawling skill tree, and permanent death create a loop that's wildly addictive once it clicks. The arcade-style feel of the combat sits somewhere between Quake and Binding of Isaac, which is a combination we didn't know we needed. Physical PS4 releases of indie FPS titles are uncommon to begin with, and having one numbered and limited to 1,600 copies puts this in genuinely collectible territory.

Two copies per customer was the cap, so availability was slightly more generous at launch, but time has a way of thinning those numbers. For collectors who appreciate offbeat premises and tight gameplay loops preserved on disc, Immortal Redneck delivers on both fronts without taking itself too seriously.
