GUNS, GORE & CANNOLI (PS4)

PLAYSTATION 4
GUNS, GORE & CANNOLI (PS4)
Strictly Limited Games

Prohibition-era gangsters, endless waves of zombies, and more cannoli than you can carry. Guns, Gore and Cannoli for PlayStation 4 is a run-and-gun love letter to the roaring twenties, and this Strictly Limited Games exclusive Standard Edition is capped at just 1,500 individually numbered copies worldwide. The game drops you into a gorgeously hand-drawn world of Prohibition-era chaos where mobster Vinnie Cannoli shoots his way through undead hordes, rival gangs, and increasingly absurd set pieces.

The platforming is tight, the action is relentless, and the art style gives every frame a cartoon quality that pops on screen. Co-op support means you can drag friends into the mayhem. SLG limited this to two copies per customer, which helped keep distribution fair for a title that clearly resonated with the action-platformer crowd.

At 1,500 copies, this sits in that collector-friendly zone where the run is small enough to matter but wasn't so restrictive that it became impossible to find at launch. The hand-drawn animation alone makes this a shelf standout. Physical PS4 releases of indie action platformers with this much visual personality are uncommon, and having one numbered and limited from SLG puts it in a class most digital-only titles will never reach.

Vinnie deserves a spot on your shelf.
