If the base game was the Mojave, the Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition on Playstation 3 is the entire map with every question mark explored. Obsidian's magnum opus arrived with rough edges and left with a legacy that still dominates "best RPG" conversations over a decade later. This Ultimate Edition collects the full journey on one disc, and for PS3 collectors, it's the definitive way to own it.

All four story DLCs are here. Dead Money traps you in a casino heist gone wrong. Honest Hearts takes you to Zion National Park with one of the franchise's most compelling characters. Old World Blues drops you into retro-sci-fi madness that might be the best-written content Obsidian ever produced. Lonesome Road finally lets you confront the mysterious Ulysses and walk the Divide. Each one expands the Mojave in directions the base game only hinted at, and having them all on disc means no marketplace delisting will ever touch your access.

Gun Runner's Arsenal and Courier's Stash round out the package with weapons, ammo types, and starting gear that add variety without breaking the balance. They're the kind of additions that make a second or fifth playthrough feel fresh.

The PS3 version of New Vegas was notoriously rough at launch, but later patches and the Ultimate Edition's consolidated build smoothed out the worst of it. For collectors, this is less about the technical history and more about owning the complete vision of a game that an entire generation of RPG fans considers sacred. Every PS3 library needs a copy. Most need two.
