Pandora's vault is open, and everything inside is yours. The Borderlands Game of the Year Edition for Xbox 360 bundles Gearbox's loot-fueled phenomenon with all four DLC expansions: The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned, Mad Moxxi's Underdome Riot, The Secret Armory of General Knoxx, and Claptrap's New Robot Revolution.

That's the complete Borderlands experience on one disc, no marketplace transactions required. Gearbox essentially invented the looter-shooter genre with Borderlands, and these four expansions showcase the studio at its most creative and unhinged. Dr.

Ned's zombie-infested romp, Moxxi's arena gauntlet, General Knoxx's story-driven campaign (widely considered the best of the bunch), and Claptrap's robotic uprising each bring something completely different to the table. This was the 360 era when "Game of the Year Edition" meant you were getting a genuinely complete product on physical media. Every piece of DLC, every extra hour of co-op mayhem, locked onto a disc that doesn't depend on servers staying online or storefronts remaining active.

For collectors, that permanence matters. Borderlands kicked off a franchise that's still running, and this GOTY Edition is where it all started in its most complete form. On the 360, where four-player co-op defined countless friendships and late-night sessions, this is the version that belongs on the shelf.
