Rocksteady built a masterpiece, and the Collector's Edition made sure we had something worthy to put on the shelf beside it. The Batman: Arkham City Collector's Edition on Xbox 360 shipped to UK and European collectors in a large cardboard box stuffed with physical goods that earned every penny of their premium label. This is the European release, and it remains one of the definitive Batman collectibles from the Xbox 360 generation.

The Kotobukiya Batman statue anchors the entire set. This isn't some cheap PVC figure tossed in for padding. Kotobukiya brought their craft to this piece, and it shows in every sculpted detail. An art book accompanies the statue, showcasing the dark, rain-soaked vision of Gotham that made Arkham City feel like a place you'd actually visited. You also get early access to the Iceberg Lounge Challenge Map and The Dark Knight Returns skin, a DLC soundtrack, four collectible cards, and a copy of the animated film Batman: Gotham Knight on disc. That's a full evening's worth of Batman content before you even boot the game.

The Xbox 360 era was when publishers figured out that collectors would pay for quality physical goods, not just in-game unlocks. This CE represents that philosophy at its peak. The Kotobukiya statue has aged better than most pack-in figures from the period, holding its own against standalone collectibles that cost twice as much.

For Batman collectors and 360 completionists alike, this European release is a cornerstone piece. The kind of set that reminds you why that shelf exists in the first place.
